Please make your cheque payable to "Cheng Yan", and write your name, address and cheque card number on the back. Please also contact us by email to discuss your requirements. Please allow five working days from receipt of order for your cheque to clear. Then your order will be processed and despatched. Overseas customers are advised to pay online because only cheques written in UK Pound Sterling (£) are accepted.

Returns Policy

We offer products of very high quality and we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase of any Cheng Yan Gallery products. We can accept returns within 30 days of their receipt. All returns require prior approval. Upon receipt of an approved return we will promptly process your refund. Please keep in mind postage are not refundable.  Return enquiries must be made within 10 days of your purchase or from the date you received your order. If your return is approved please send the item(s) back to us within 10 days of approval, by insured and prepaid method. 

Our Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Standard Delivery

Your mounted and/or framed photographic prints, canvas wraps, fine-art prints and art cards are all custom produced to order. These are fragile items and need to be securely packed before posting. Unframed photographs and fine-art prints are packaged in a tube. We aim to ship these products within five working days. Items ordered at the same time are not necessarily shipped in the same package. Delivery times vary depending on the order, the destination, and mode of delivery.
